If you’re not taking classes, working or doing an internship this summer then 1. I’m jealous of you and 2. You MUST MUST MUST get on the Netflix bandwagon and do nothing but overeat and watch an entire season of one of the TV shows they offer. Which one out of the 50 million they have, you ask? Well, that’s why I am here… to be the guiding light that aids in your addiction to a television series. Personally, I like to live by “you can sleep when you’re dead,” so instead of sleeping at night I stay up all night binge-watching shows on Netflix after a long day of being responsible (which is so lame by the way – is this how real life is going to be?). Anyways - after testing out a bunch of different seasons, here are the top five must-see shows and why.

House of Cards: Season 1-2

Political drama full of scandal, sex and murder. Frank Underwood is a boss for life and runs Washington, D.C. by manipulating everyone in his path.

Orange Is the New Black: Season 1-2

“Innocent” Piper is thrown into a prison full of crazy biatches after being punished for a crime that she committed years beforehand. From robbing banks to murder, you get to know each unique character and follow their story for what landed them in jail.

Weeds: Seasons 1-8

Nancy Botwin is the coolest mom on the block. Total MILF who sells weed and drags her family all over the country to escape drug lords, robbers and the DEA.

Breaking Bad: 1-6

Walter White is not your average chemistry teacher. After finding out that he has terminal cancer he decides to produce and sell meth to secure his family’s financial future.

Dexter: Seasons 1-8

Dexter Morgan: Part-time cop, part-time serial killer. Need I say more?
